Carers Break Scheme and Carers Small Grants

Carers Break Scheme and Carers Small Grants No Longer Available

These are the grants towards a break or an item that used to be available every 2 years (Carers Break Scheme in Westminster and Carers Small Grant in Hammersmith & Fulham).

These weren’t included in the specification for the new service and we have now been informed by the City of Westminster Council and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham Council that funds will not be available for the Carers Break Scheme and Carers Small Grants this year.

If you need financial support in your caring role please get in touch and we will do our best to help you.
Tel: 020 8960 3033
email: info@carers-network.org.uk

You may be eligible for a Carers Personal Budget (depending on your needs in a Carers Assessment), or there may be other ways we can help.
