The H&F Carers Forum is appointing a Chair and Vice Chair.
The Chair will chair forum meetings; set the agenda for forum meetings (in partnership with the Vice Chair and Facilitator); and, where possible, represent carers.
The Vice Chair will support the Chair to carry out their role and stand in for the Chair if they are unable to attend meetings.

To apply, nominees will need to write a brief description of themselves, explain why they wish to apply for the respective post, and return this to Alix Richards, the Forum Facilitator.
The deadline for receipt of applications for both posts is 31 March 2016.
Alix will send nominee information to all Forum members two weeks before the next Forum meeting for consideration by members.
Voting to elect the Chair and Vice chair will take place at the next H&F Carers Forum on 22 April 2016.
If members are unable to attend the Forum, they may register their vote via email or phone before the deadline on 21 April 2016
