H&F Carers Forum: Friday 26 Jan, 1pm-3:30pm at Bishop Creighton House, SW6 7PH

The next Hammersmith & Fulham Carers Forum will be on Friday 26 January from 1pm–3:30pm at Bishop Creighton House, 374-380 Lillie Road, SW6 7PH.

Special guest speaker will be Councillor Coleman, The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham’s Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Social Care.

He will be fielding questions around carers’ services in the borough.

This will be an extended meeting running until 3:30pm, as we will also have a training session on self-advocacy for carers.

This will cover confidence building; self-advocacy when accessing services; and tips on how to prepare for meetings with professionals.
