Support for Kensington & Chelsea Carers

Both Gabriela Soltysik and Monika Halpin from Carers K&C, who you may have met previously, are now working at Carers Network as Information Advice and Guidance Workers.

Drop in to see one of them at an advice surgery (no appointment needed)

End of Life Carers Project

Carers Network’s End of Life Carers Project is a 3 year project funded by the City Bridge Trust. It provides specialist services for carers aged over 65 looking after someone approaching the end of their life.

Former Carers Project

Carers Network’s Former Carers Project will support people whose caring role has come to an end.  It is set up specifically to provide advice, guidance and support to former unpaid carers as they explore the viable options available to them after their caring role has ended.
