Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group invite you to their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 12 September 2017.
The meeting begins at 5.30pm, but if you arrive at 5pm there is an opportunity to enjoy refreshments (including tea and coffee) and to find out more about Healthwatch, Sobus, and other small grant project leads are working on at their market place stalls.
Date: Tuesday 12 September 2017
Time: 5.00pm to 7.30pm
Venue: St Paul’s Church, Queen Caroline Street, London W6 9PJ
The purpose of the AGM is for the CCG, stakeholders, partners and local people to come together and enjoy a lively discussion about the CCG’s key achievements so far, and plans to improve healthcare in Hammersmith and Fulham.
The CCG will present their annual report and accounts, which are also available on their website, then take questions from stakeholders, patients and members of the public.
