New Mental Health Carers Support Group for H&F Carers

In Partnership with Rethink Mental Illness.

Group now meets at the new time of 11am-1pm on the 2nd Friday of each month at Grove Neighbourhood Centre, 7 Bradmore Park Road, W6 0DT.

At the meeting on Friday 13 April 2018 Thomas Adams, the Manager of West London Mental Health Trust Single Point of Access service and telephone support line (SPA), will be giving a short presentation  and taking questions regarding his service and how it can assist in mental health crisis situations. The focus will be on how to access the service,  who is it suitable for, and what you can expect to happen.

As Prime Minister David Cameron unveils a near-£1 billion plan aimed at helping people including teenagers with eating disorders and mothers with post-natal depression, West London Mental Health NHS Trust reveals it is transforming the services it offers west Londoners in line with the Prime Minister’s pledge and with financial support from its local clinical commissioning groups.

Service User and Carer Workshop

Community Living Well Service (CLW) workshop focusing on are developing a new ‘whole systems’ approach through co-production to support people with long-term mental health needs and their carers.

Wednesday 20 January 2016, 10am – 12:00pm

Welcome refreshments will be available from 9:30am.

Sandwiches will be provided at the end of the workshop.

Aims of the workshop 

•Find out how the Community Living Well Service model is progressing
•Discuss the ethos and values of the service and how we make sure that these are a central part of how the service is delivered.
