Are you an unpaid carer* for a UCLH patient? Do you want to help deliver UCLH’s vision and make a difference for patients?

If so, being a Governor could be just the role for you!

This year UCLH NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic person for their Patient Carer Governor vacancy.

Governors play an important role ranging from being involved in improving the patient experience to appointing members of the Board of Directors.

Nominations are now open and close at 5pm on Monday 5 June – it’s a simple self-nomination process.

  • You do not need any particular skills or experience, the most important requirement is an interest in UCLH and the time and commitment to help us deliver our vision.
  • You should also have enthusiasm and a willingness to represent not just your own views but the views of the people who have elected you.
  • You must be registered as a member of UCLH to stand as a Governor. Membership is free and you can sign up online: www.uclh.nhs.uk/members
