Westminster City Council and Central and West London NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups invite you to a public consultation event to help them shape the future of health and social care services in Westminster.

Their health and wellbeing strategy sets out how they will address health challenges in Westminster over the next five years, focusing on four priorities:

  • support for children, young people and their families addressing their mental and physical wellbeing
  • helping people to prevent the onset of long-term health conditions such as dementia and heart disease
  • improving mental health services through prevention and self-management
  • improving the way we work to offer better health and social care

Come to their public consultation event to find out more and have your say on the proposed priorities.

Wednesday 5 October, 4-6:30pm at Church Street Library, 67 Church Street, NW8 8EU

There will also be free activities, including health checks, fresh fruit smoothies and chair Zumba.

No need to register, just drop in.
