Get involved and have your say about health services in Hammersmith and Fulham
NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is responsible for buying and planning health services in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
They are currently looking to buy and plan a new:
- Cardiorespiratory community service (heart and lung conditions)
- Musculoskeletal community service (the treatment of muscles, joints, bones and nerves injuries)
- Neuro-rehabilitation service (Specialist treatment for brain, spinal and nerve injuries)
The CCG wants to ensure that these services meet the needs of local residents who will require and use these services. The CCG knows that local patients and residents have a lot of experience and knowledge about local services. The CCG would like to use that local expertise to help ensure that the CCG buys the right services for local residents.
If you are a patient with one of these conditions above, or care for someone who has one of these conditions, the CCG would like to hear from you to look at issues from the patient, service user or carer perspective.
‘My views were listened to and taken account of. I will recommend this experience to all NHS users and Community Champions’ recent feedback from the experience of a service user involved in the process of buying and planning interpreting services.
Please contact Sebastien Baugh (Sebastien.firstname.lastname@example.org or 02033504303) if you’d like to find out more about these exciting opportunities.
