Introduction to mindfulness meditation

Mindfulness meditation is based upon Buddhist meditation practice.

In this introductory class delivered by Back on Track you will learn breathing meditations to help you become more aware of the present moment, including getting in touch with moment-to-moment changes in your mind and body.

Mindfulness meditation has been shown to be an effective treatment to help lift your mood and if practised regularly can help prevent low mood in the future.
