Join a series of free workshops at the Dalgarno Trust to explore the following topics:

  • Overcoming Anxiety: Friday 14 September 2018
  • Assertiveness: Friday 21 September 2018
  • Mindfulness Meditation: Friday 28 September 2018

All workshops run on these days from 10am-12pm at Dalgarno Trust, 1 Webb Close, Dalgarno Way, W10 5QB

These workshops are open to all men in Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham.
