Dementia Action Week
Dementia Action Week will run from 16-22 May and the theme is diagnosis.
On Tuesday 17 May there is a Dementia Tea and Fair at Sands Ends Arts and Community Centre.
At this afternoon tea hosted by H&F Dementia Action Alliance and H&F Dementia Partnership Board you can get your dementia questions answered.
