The Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group recognises the importance of the community dermatology and minor surgery service and so, following a service review and analysis of GP and patient feedback, they are working to redesign and re-procure the service.

They anticipate that this work will ensure a high quality, value for money service and the realisation of their vision to provide better coordinated care and support, empowering people to maintain independence and lead full lives as active participants in their community.

Their aim is to work with you to ensure that the new service and provider are working towards delivering the following positive impacts:

  • delivering increased patient satisfaction,
  • greater choice for patients,
  • services closer to home,
  • shorter waiting times,
  • increased use of technology to modernise the service,
  • a single point of access,
  • and more emphasis on empowering patients in self-care.

They would therefore like to invite you to take part in the procurement process for their dermatology and minor surgery service.
